It’s the perfect balsamic to drizzle over a fresh salad along with Gridelli olive oil. Extra delicious paired with cheeses like goat cheese or feta. Also great for the winter holidays paired with blue cheese and gingerbread cookies.
Figs of Emilia-Romagna
Made from organic grapes from Emilia-Romagna region in Northern Italy and flavored with organic green figs. Contains 95.8% I.G.P. certified Aceto Balsamico di Modena, 4% infusion of organic green figs, and 0.2% natural flavors. This balsamic has a fruity, fresh taste reminiscent of sunny days in Italy.
